About Us
Swimpal is an initiative by a group of experienced and certified swim coaches in Singapore, who believes in providing a convenient, one-stop swim coaching service for the public. Together, we present ourselves as the Accredited Swim Coaches Network.
We call the web portal Swimpal, because we are friends to children or adults who fear the water, to help them overcome the fear of water and attain the fullest confidence in water safety.
We are registered under the
- National Registry of Coaches (NROC)
- Certified under National Coaches Accreditation Program (NCAP) with a
- Minimum qualification of National Coaches Accreditation Program(NCAP) level one for theory and technical.

In addition, we provide National Survival Award training, which will help swimming learners gauge their level of water safety.

Swimpal is committed to protecting the confidentiality and integrity of personal
information you submit. Our secure server encrypts all personal information (including name,
address, credit card number and contact details) so that it cannot be read as the information
travels over the Internet.
The advanced technology employed by Swimpal ensures all users that it virtually impossible
for our users' credit card information to be used fraudulently
Our data protection policy (Privacy Policy) is displayed on the web site and the policy is set out in the same language medium as the web site. We encourage all our consumers to read our Privacy Policy to understand the our objective of collection their personal data.
Email Confimation of Coach's Availability
Swimpal will send you email(s) if your coach(es) is available, you can use the link in email to confirm your lesson.
Personal Data
Your data is personal to us, it is meant for the purposes of making bookings of swimming lessons
and providing you with confirmation of your booking, your particulars will be regarded with the
highest confidentiality and will not be sold or given to any third party for their commercial/advertising activities.
Confirmation of booking
The booking of swim lessons is confirmed after full payment of the lesson is made and after Swimpal
issue you a booking number.
Refund Policy
Swimpal will a make a prorated refund if the coach fails to complete the first four lessons
with the learner from the lesson start date. No refund will be made if the learner is absent for
lesson(s) or after the lesson booking is confirmed.
Liason with the coach
Once your booking is confirmed and you have received your booking number. You can liase directly
with your coach or vice versa with regards to any request that is necessary for the
execution of the learning process.
Coach's rights
The coach reserves the right to reject any students who does not fit the description in the
booking voucher e.g. a learner who have enrolled in a wrong age group class, or student
who suffers from any form of physical impairment.
Lesson Voucher (Transferability)
The lesson voucher is strictly non transferable
Personal Data
Your data is personal to us, it is meant for the purposes of making bookings of swimming lessons
and providing you with confirmation of your booking, your particulars will be regarded with the
highest confidentiality and will not be sold or given to any third party which will be used as means
for their commercial/advertising activities.
Indemnity Clause
Swimpal is not responsible for any injuries/mishap that arises throughout the process of
your learning.
Feedback
Alternatively, customers may refer their complaints to the ConsumerTrust Secretariat if
they are not satisfied with the resolution of the complaint. Complaints can be referred to<
